Paula Deen is Opening a New Waterfront Restaurant in Savannah
Our mouths are already watering.
Get ready ya'll, because Paula Deen is back with a mouth-watering new venture. The former Food Network star recently announced that she and her sons are opening a new restaurant, Paula Deen's Creek House, on the banks of Savannah's Turner Creek.
"I'm so excited because, this June, I'm opening a brand-new restaurant here in Savannah: Paula Deen's Creek House! Nestled on the water, we're servin' up a mix of seafood favorites and Southern classics," Deen shared in a Facebook post Wednesday morning.
The menu is chock full of Southern delicacies, including—but certainly not limited to—soft-shell crab gumbo, chargrilled oysters, shrimp and grits, fried green tomatoes, she-crab soup and pecan pie. There's also a portion dedicated to her sons' barbecue, complete with baby back ribs, pulled pork tacos, and a sirloin that's been marinated in the Deen brothers' signature sauce.
