Trader Joe’s Now Sells Holiday Candles for Just $3
This might be the best deal of the season.

Trader Joe's is known for combining functional and fun (we're looking at you, Turkey & Stuffing en Croute), and now, they're throwing in a smidge of fancy. The grocery store's new Dripless & Self-Extinguishing Candles are our new favorite TJ's find, and a pack of eight costs just $3. We'd be hard-pressed to find one tapered candle for that great of a price.
The unscented, smokeless candles are nine inches tall and don't drip wax, so you don't have to stress about a mess on the tablecloth. They're made in the Czech Republic, where the wicks are dipped 25 to 27 times into hot paraffin wax. Once they've reached the desired diameter, the candles are dipped into an ivory-hued surface paraffin for a gorgeous, sleek exterior. Nestled into candle holders of varying heights, they'd make an elegant addition to your holiday table. We love that they're unscented, too, so the delicious scents from the kitchen can take full reign of the house. They'd also be perfect for a Hanukkah menorah.
WATCH: Cord-Wrapped Candle Holders
You can find the candles near the other household products at your local Trader Joe's throughout the holiday season. They are packaged in a pretty, minimalistic box, so if you do plan on gifting them, you can skip the wrapping paper and opt for a simple ribbon instead.
