This sweet-toothed furry friend hops down from her perch in a tree above Fantasy Isle Ice Cream and Mini Golf in Holden Beach, North Carolina twice a day to nosh on a tiny ice cream cone, specially made just for little paws.
In an interview with Yahoo News, Scott Martin — who co-owns the shop with his wife, Pam — shared the first time the squirrel tried their ice cream: "A lady came back in and said, 'There's a little squirrel out there that I offered a little bite of my cone to, and she took off with the whole thing.'"
Since then, the squirrel, now named Putter, has come back every day for a treat. The Martins also noted that Putter loves running around the golf course and playing with the golf balls.

The shop has special cones for the squirrel, and they serve vanilla ice cream (no sugar added) with nuts in it. Customers have come to love Putter, who will hop down from a tree and wait on a nearby rail until someone delivers the cone.
