This is THE BEST pot roast recipe ever! And it couldn't be easier. I got the recipe from a friend several years ago and I don't even bother browning the roast first…just put the roast in the slow cooker, sprinkle in the dressing mix and pour the beer over it.
TIP: Make it a day ahead slice and store in the fridge overnight in the juices, then reheat it to serve…it's even better the next day!
