This is the recipe I've been looking for. Hubby loves this and I've been using the recipe with canned soup and it just felt 'tex mex' for this CA girl. I like this one much better and so does he. It makes a TON so it can feed an army. I also didn't have poblano peppers on hand so used a can of diced green chili's. also added some mexican corn. super easy and delicious.
