Kate Middleton has stayed mostly mum since her third pregnancy was announced in early September — not out of choice, but rather due to her acute morning sickness known as hyperemesis gravidarum, which has kept her on strict bedrest for weeks.

The Duchess also suffered from the same condition through her pregnancies with Prince George and Princess Charlotte, both of which kept her mostly out of the public eye.

But now, the Duchess is back and looking healthier than ever. In fact, during her recent public appearance alongside husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry, Middleton looked downright gorgeous thanks to her hint of a baby bump and brand-new haircut.

Middleton made the surprise appearance on Monday at Platform 1 at Paddington station in London alongside the cast members of the upcoming "Paddington Bear" movie. It marked her second public appearance in mere days, perhaps signaling an end to her severe and traumatizing illness.

However, the entire event wasn't just about the royals, but rather was a celebration of a number of children's charities that the royal family supports.

"She's feeling much better," Prince William told reporters attending the event. A royal aide added, "The Duchess is feeling much better but she has still not fully recovered."

And perhaps her healthy appearance was helped by her brand-new hairstyle, which Daily Mail described as "shorter, glossier."

She (and her royal baby bump) looked stellar in her pink, knee-length floral Orla Kiely dress (good luck finding it available anywhere, fashion lovers).

The Duchess, William and Harry spent about 45 minutes chatting with the cast of "Paddington 2," according to the Daily Mail, along with the charities and children in attendance.
