Nice idea but I would add oregano, basil, go heavy on the garlic. And most important of all the Beef needs to be thinly sliced beef. An alternative is use Deli roast beef the rarest you can get shredded. You can do it on the the stove top it is a load faster and as close as you can get without having a slicer to cut the crockpot beef. Of course the crockpot method would be tastier but it really needs to be sliced paper thin.
