This L'Oreal Concealer Covers Everything—And It's Only $11
If you're looking for a single concealer that'll cover dark circles, zits, uneven skin tone, and hyper-pigmentation, good luck. The hard truth about concealers is that their formulas aren't one-size-fits-all—and that's why there's so many of them. Some concealers are capable of brightening up the darkest under-eye shadows, while others excel at making deep, cystic blemishes invisible.
In reality, most of us are using concealer to cover up more than one skincare struggle, which is why I always use two everyday: one for my acne dark marks, and another for my under-eye circles.
L'Oreal is aiming to streamline every concealer-wearer's routine with its new, multi-purpose stick. The True Match Super-Blendable Multi-Use Concealer ($11; Walmart.com) is a creamy, full-coverage concealer that will cover up everything including sleeplessness, shadows, hyper-pigmentation, acne, and redness.
It's infused with a serum of haloxyl and glycerin, which hydrates and brightens the under-eye area to minimize dark circles by smoothing and de-puffing. The formula also has blurring technology to mask blemishes, fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone.

L'Oreal's pen is topped with a soft, sponge-tip applicator that's similar to Maybelline's drugstore staple Instant Rewind Pen, which is perfect for targeting small spots as well as the contours of the face. With 14 shades that are inclusive of a range of skin tones and undertones, the brand's aiming to make it easier to find a suitable concealer match at the drugstore.
Based off my personal experience trying concealers in each and every prince point, I was skeptical that L'Oreal's pen would be capable of camouflaging my under-eye circles, dark marks from past cystic breakouts, redness, and the broken capillary on the side of my nose in one go.
In the end, I was pleasantly surprised. Using the pen's sponge tip, I swiped the concealer on to the areas I needed it, and blended it in with a damp BeautyBlender. Except for the blood vessel on my nose, the concealer covered up everything I hoped it would without having to layer it.
If you've ever had any doubts that there's a concealer on drugstore shelves that's just as good as the expensive options you've tried, pick up one of these pens and get back to me.
