After Dairy Queen treated us to a free small vanilla cone on the first day of spring, we've been hankering for another sweet deal on scoops. Luckily for us, we don't have to wait long: Baskin-Robbins is offering discounted ice cream later this week.
On Friday, March 31, participating Baskin-Robbins shops will be selling regular and kid-sized scoops for just $1.50. The tradition of offering a special deal on the last day of each month with 31 days (this exact deal applies in January, May, July, August, October, and December, too), a celebration of the brand's 31 flavors.
"We're excited to continue celebrating our ‘31 flavors' heritage through our ‘Celebrate 31' promotion," Carol Austin, vice president of marketing at Baskin-Robbins, said in a statement. "This month's promotion is a great way to kick off ice cream season with our guests and treat them to a great deal that they can enjoy with family and friends on any of our delicious ice cream flavors."
Though customers can choose any flavor for the promotion, it will be the last day they can order Reese's 3-Pointer, the March Flavor of the Month. And we highly encourage doing just that: the flavor boasts Reese's Pieces, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and Reese's Peanut Butter and Chocolate ribbon swirled into chocolate ice cream.

Of course, anyone who prefers the Baskin-Robbins classics will be happy with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Jamoca Almond Fudge, Old Fashioned Butter Pecan, or Pralines ‘n Cream.
