Makes about 9 1/2 cups

Turn classic iced tea into seasonal fare. Apple juice, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla bean create a taste reminiscent of cider—and in only ten minutes of hands-on time to boot. 

How to Make It

Stir together hot unsweetened tea, apple juice concentrate, cinnamon sticks, vanilla bean, ginger, and lemon. Chill 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove cinnamon, vanilla bean, and ginger. Serve over ice.
