This melon sangria is adaptable to whatever fruits you have on hand, but you can start with watermelon, strawberries, and peaches. Fruity, summery, and, sweet, the watermelon flavor comes through without being an entirely watermelon drink. The other fruits balance it nicely. Cook Mode (Keep screen awake) Ingredients 1 (750-milliliter) bottle chilled Garnatxa Blanca or other dry, white Spanish wine 3/4 cup Watermelon Simple Syrup 1 cup watermelon balls (from 1 small seedless watermelon) 4 medium (about 3 oz. total) fresh strawberries, trimmed and sliced 1 small (about 5 oz.) peach, sliced into 8 wedges 1 small (about 3 oz.) lemon, thinly sliced and seeded Mint sprigs Directions Place wine, Watermelon Simple Syrup, watermelon balls, sliced strawberries, peach wedges, and lemon slices in a glass jar or pitcher; stir to combine.
