Oh my, yes.

Be still our hearts! Starbucks is about to begin serving ice cream at more than 100 stores across the U.S.

Business Insider reports that the coffee giant will start testing affogatos—espresso poured over ice cream, a.k.a. the food of the gods—this week at 100 locations in Orange County, California.

The company is also debuting its more expensive Roastery Affogato menu at 10 Reserve bar locations in Los Angeles, Washington, D.C.,  and Boston.

At Reserve bar locations, the menu will range from the Classic Affogato for $6 to the $8.50 Cold Brew Malt (which is made with small-lot cold brew), vanilla ice cream, and chocolate bitters. The classic affogato options being tested in traditional Orange County Starbucks locations will be considerably less expensive.

According to Business Insider, the affogatos are inspired by Starbucks' Seattle Roastery, which added an affogato to the menu last June. Starbucks says that the affogato has gone on to become a top five menu item at the Roastery year round.
