How to Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9- x 5-inch loaf pan and line bottom with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, brown sugar, melted coconut oil, tahini, vanilla, vinegar, and salt until well incorporated.
Stir dry ingredients into banana mixture until fully combined. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, and sprinkle surface with sesame seeds.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the banana bread comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from loaf pan and slicing.
