Tropical Itch

  • 1 tablespoon (1/2 oz.) vodka

  • 1 tablespoon (1/2 oz.) orange curaçao

  • Dash of Angostura bitters

  • 1/8 teaspoon orgeat syrup

  • 1/2 cup passionfruit juice

  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz.) dark rum

  • Pineapple wedge

  • Lime wedge


  1. Fill a tall glass with ice, and add vodka, curaçao, bitters, syrup, and juice; stir well. Float dark rum on top, and garnish with a pineapple wedge, lime wedge, paper parasol, and itch stick (back scratcher).
