Food and Recipes Drinks Cocktails Sweet Tea Mule 5.0 (1) 1 Review Simple and sweet—that's how we like our cocktails. This one is a boozy spin on sweet tea, the South's favorite beverage, and we love how fresh and flavorful it is. It's also a delightfully easy recipe, which means it just might be destined to be your house cocktail this summer. All you need to keep on hand—we store the shelf-stable ingredients in our bar carts, ready for a party—is ginger beer, bourbon, and lime juice. It also calls for unsweetened tea and simple syrup, which you can mix up as needed. Then the fun part: Stir it all together in a pitcher, garnish with slices of lime, and voila! You have a refreshing cocktail with just a touch of gingery bite. We like it served in highball glasses or Moscow mule mugs. It's a party-ready drink (that serves 8!), and it has us dreaming of long afternoons spent chatting with friends on front porches and back decks. Summer, we're so happy you're here!
