1 can pre-made dough
7 1/2 ounces strawberry cream cheese
1 1/2 cups strawberries
12 ounces frozen strawberries
6 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
How to Make It
Unroll a can of pre-made dough out on a flat surface, and use a rolling pin to flatten the dough. Cut the dough into 30 squares with a pizza cutter.
In a bowl, add strawberry cream cheese and fresh diced strawberries; stir together.
Add one Tbsp. of cream cheese mixture into each dough square, and pinch the corners together.
Place the ball seam-side down on a parchment paper-covered sheet pan. As you place the mixture-filled dough on the sheet pan, place the dough balls in the formation of a heart.
Bake the completed heart for 15 minutes at 400˚F. While the heart is baking, combine frozen strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add in remaining sugar and flour, and let boil 5 additional minutes.
When the Strawberry Pull-Apart Heart comes out of the oven, drizzle it with the strawberry sauce.
