Got rave reviews when I made this for the first time. I've looked for a long time for a really good meatload recipe. This is it!
WOW! What a great meatloaf. Didn't have mild Italian sausage so substituted hot Italian and used a pound instead of a half pound to stretch the meal and use up what I had rather than perhaps waste it . The meatloaf did come out a little flat in height but big on flavor. The flavor of the sundried tomatoes was a welcome addition. I may try adding them to my regular meatloaf.
