"I grew up on a farm in Missouri," says singer-songwriter Sara Evans. "I'm one of seven kids. So, Missouri dirt cake is one of the desserts that we requested a lot. Easy to make, it's just a few steps, and it makes a huge batch." This simple Southern recipe is the perfect finish to a potluck. With only 6 ingredients, Missouri Dirt Cake is a favorite among kids and adults alike – and the only thing you'll need to plan for is the chill time before serving.
