Rosemary Collins Recipe

This twist on the Tom Collins is perfect for the holidays.

  • 1/4 cup gin

  • 2 tablespoons Simple Syrup

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • Ice

  • Club soda

  • Garnish: rosemary sprig


  1. Place gin, Simple Syrup, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Cover with lid, and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes; top with club soda. Garnish, if desired.
