  • 1 cup dark spiced rum

  • 1 cup white rum

  • 2 cups pineapple juice

  • 2 cups cranberry juice

  • 2 (12-oz.) bottles ginger beer or ale

  • Ice

  • Garnishes: frozen cranberries and sliced pineapple


  1. Stir together spiced rum, white rum, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and beer in a punch bowl. Add ice, and garnish, if desired. Serve liberally.
