How to Make It
Beat together 1 cup heavy cream, 2 ounces room temperature cream cheese, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Cover and chill. Whisk together 4 cups whole milk, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and 1/2 cup granulated sugar in medium saucepan.
Bring to simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved and milk is hot. Remove from heat and whisk in 6 ounces chopped milk chocolate, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 2 teaspoons white vinegar, and 11/2 teaspoons red food coloring.
Pour into serving cups. Pipe or dollop with Cream Cheese “Frosting”. Garnish with crumbled red velvet cake and marshmallows, if desired.
