Move over pulled pork sliders, pork tenderloin sandwiches are the new and superior tailgate snack. Pork tenderloin is a clear winner among pit masters and it's easy to see why—it's simple to make and fast to grill. To create this signature sandwich, we used a three-ingredient dry rub before placing it on the grill. Our best, little-known tip for the juiciest tenderloin is to let it rest for ten minutes after cooking. This allows the juices to be distributed equally throughout the slab. For the ultimate pork sliders, we added lettuce, homemade BBQ sauce, and sweet onion to our savory stack. For good measure we included more sauce—because let's be honest there's no such thing as too much BBQ sauce. These grab-and-go sliders make the perfect addition to any tailgate spread. Pair these juicy sliders with potato salad, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, and Ranch Snacker Crackers. Be warned, fans might be more invested in this tasty sandwich than the actual game. Go, pork tenderloin sliders, go!
