How to Make It
For the Polar Bears: Cut a jumbo marshmallow into thirds; set aside on a flat surface.
Dip the back of a regular marshmallow into vanilla frosting, then attach it horizontally to the jumbo marshmallow to form the bear’s nose. Dip the edible eyes in frosting, then attach to the nose.
Dip 2 mini marshmallows horizontally into frosting, then attach, one per side, onto the jumbo marshmallow to create the bear’s ears.
Dip a chocolate-covered raisin in frosting, then attach it to the nose. Put finished marshmallows onto a plate until ready to use.
For the Frozen Hot Chocolate: Microwave 2 cups whole milk for 2 minutes. Pour into blender. Add 3 packets of hot chocolate mix, vanilla, and ½ cup cold milk. Blend with 2 cups of ice. Top with whipped topping, and add polar bear marshmallows before serving.
