Orange-Basil Yogurt Dip

Savory, sweet, and tangy, this bright dip is great for dunking anything from breadsticks to crudités. We especially love it with an assortment of grilled peppers and zucchini.

Ingredients

  • 1 orange

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt

  • 1 small garlic clove, grated

  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Grate zest from orange to equal 2 tsp. Cut orange in half, and squeeze juice from orange to equal 3 Tbsp. Stir together zest; orange juice; yogurt; garlic; and basil in a medium bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 3 days.
