Photo: Iain Bagwell Hands On Time: 20 mins Total Time: 20 mins Yield: 6 servings Ingredients 1 orange 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt 1 small garlic clove, grated 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil Salt and pepper to taste Directions Grate zest from orange to equal 2 tsp. Cut orange in half, and squeeze juice from orange to equal 3 Tbsp. Stir together zest; orange juice; yogurt; garlic; and basil in a medium bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
