This recipe is perfect for your Kentucky Derby party, and is topped with a thick mint-and-bourbon buttercream (seriously!). With a moist interior and oh-so-sweet exterior, this green treat will be the focal point of your dessert table. Top off your piped cupcakes with a sprig of mint for a fresh, festive touch.
