Add this to pulled pork tacos for a perfect pairing.
Have leftover pulled pork? Make tacos. Don’t serve them to your guests with just any old BBQ sauce, though. Your tacos deserve the special treatment. You spend so much time getting your meat just right, don’t you want to garnish them with something worthy of their great flavor? Give your pulled pork tacos some zip with a touch of this zesty lime crema courtesy of Megan Day of Burnt Finger BBQ in Kansas City, Missouri. It’s an easy condiment you can whip up while someone else plates the tacos. This sauce is a perfect addition to your taco spread, and it only calls for four ingredients: sour cream, limes, salt, and garlic. Break out your microplane grater and add some zest, too, for flavor and looks. A dollop of this will make your tacos so much more memorable. Try it out the next time you make pulled pork tacos, and let us know what you think.
16 ounces sour cream

1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
How to Make It
Using a microplane or fine grater, zest the limes into the sour cream. Squeeze the juice of both limes into the sour cream mixture, add salt and garlic. Stir together and chill 30 minutes.
