Southern Living Ingredients 2 (3-ounce) packages lime-flavored gelatin 2 cups boiling water 1 cup cold water 1/2 cup salad dressing (Kewpie Mayonnaise) 1 (16-ounce) carton small-curd creamed cottage cheese 1 tablespoon fresh ground horseradish 1 teaspoon grated onion 2 - 4 drops hot sauce Salad Greens 2 pounds raw shrimp, cooked and cleaned, or 1 pound cooked, cleaned shrimp Sour Cream Chili Sauce Dressing 1/2 pint sour cream 1/2 cup chili sauce or catsup (ketchup) 2 teaspoons fresh ground horseradish Directions Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and mix well. Chill until slightly thickened. Combine salad dressing, cottage cheese, horseradish, onion, and hot sauce; beat until smooth. Stir into gelatin mixture.
