Herbed Cream Sauce

Sour cream, chives, parsley, tarragon, and lemon juice come together for the perfect companion to fried fish, particularly our Buttermilk-Fried Nashville Hot Fish Sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh chives

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)

Directions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl.
