Ginger-Orange Mocktails

Whether you're hosting a cocktail party or throwing together a tailgate, it is always nice to have an alcohol-free drink option. This citrus flavored mocktail is perfect with or without alcohol. Prepare this citrus concoction ahead of time and serve in a pitcher or punch bowl. Allow your guests to complete the drink with a dash of ginger beer, a few orange slices, and if they desire a shot of vodka or gin.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups freshly squeezed orange or satsuma juice (from 7 oranges), plus orange slices for serving

  • 3 cups pineapple juice, chilled

  • 1/2 teaspoon orange bitters, such as Angostura

  • 3 (12-oz.) bottles ginger beer, chilled

Directions

  1. Combine orange juice, pineapple juice and bitters in a pitcher or punch bowl. Top with ginger beer. Serve over ice. Garnish with orange slices.

Chef's Notes

For a booze-y version add 12-ounces vodka or gin
