16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
8 ounces pepper jack cheese, grated
3 ounces diced pimentos
1 1/4 cup Duke's mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How to Make It
In a mixing bowl, add the cheese and pimentos. Add the mayonnaise and mix together. Add the seasoning and mix in. Cover with wrap and chill for at least 30 mins.
