This easy guacamole recipe was developed to serve alongside our Turkey Quesadillas, but we can think of countless ways to use this all-star, and oh-so-simple, dip. This basic version is already full of delicious, fresh flavor, but you can kick it up with your favorite guacamole add-ins. A fan of tomatoes? Add a few finely chopped red beauties in. You're not a fan of cilantro? That's okay, just omit it! To keep this guacamole looking its best, be sure to use the full tablespoon of fresh lime juice. If you're making ahead, cover the top of the guacamole with a layer of plastic wrap—that's right, don't just wrap the bowl, press the plastic wrap down so it's actually laying directly on the guacamole.  Keep it refrigerated for an hour or two until you're ready to serve. If you're looking for more ways to serve guacamole, try one of our enchilada recipes. These classic Tex-Mex casseroles are just screaming for this cool and creamy condiment. We also love simply serving with chips and salsa. Mix up a batch of our tasty margaritas for a festive accompaniment. We even recommend spreading our Easy Guacamole on bread to kick up a basic turkey sandwich. However you decide to serve it, we know you're going to love this classic recipe.
