If you’re hosting a party and not sure exactly what everyone likes to eat, then give them options by letting them top their own deviled eggs. This simple deviled egg recipe comes together in 15 minutes and you can easily put out toppings you think your guests would like the add to their deviled eggs.

How to Make It

Step 1

Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Reserve egg whites.

Step 2

Mash yolks with mayonnaise, onion, and hot sauce until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into reserved egg whites; cover loosely with plastic wrap.

Step 3

Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 1 day. Serve with desired toppings.
