Chocolate-Raspberry Milk Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. 2% reduced-fat milk

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 2 orange rind strips

  • 3/4 cup chocolate syrup

  • 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam

  • Brandy (optional)

Directions

  1. Bring milk, cream, and orange rind strips to a simmer in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring often. Remove from heat; whisk in chocolate syrup and raspberry jam. Discard orange rind. If desired, stir in 2 Tbsp. brandy per 1 cup punch just before serving.
