  • 1/3 cup cherry preserves

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1 (8-oz.) Brie round, rind removed from top

  • Chopped toasted pecans


  1. Stir together cherry preserves, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Drizzle over warm Brie round. Top with pecans. Serve with crackers.
