Cast-Iron S'mores Dip

On the hunt for an easy dessert that will please a crowd? Stop searching. It's time to pull out your cast-iron skillet and whip a batch of s'mores dip. This recipe combines everything you love about s'mores around the campfire and turns it into an impressive party dessert, no tent pitching required! In the third episode of Hey Y'all, a new Southern Living video series, Test Kitchen Professional Ivy Odom uses this recipe as the sweet ending to her backyard tailgate with family and friends. There's just no better way to celebrate a Bulldog victory than with ooey-gooey chocolate and marshmallows. To keep the dip warm well into the fourth quarter, Ivy places the skillet on top of arranged bricks with a lit Sterno can in the middle. Be sure to watch the video above for her full technique. Once you try this s'mores dip recipe, we'd love to hear from you. Head to Hey Y'all on Facebook and leave a comment for Ivy. Enjoy, y'all!
