To add some old-school cocktail bar flair, frost the glasses by rinsing and chilling them in the freezer for about an hour before serving. Ingredients 1 cup gin (such as Tanqueray) 3/4 cup pomegranate juice 3/4 cup freshly-squeezed lime juice (from about 6 limes) 1/2 cup simple syrup 4 lime wheels, for garnish Garnish: Pomegranate seeds Directions Add the gin, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to a large pitcher. Add about two cups of ice, and stir with a slotted spoon for about 30 seconds. Using the slotted spoon, remove and discard the ice. Divide the gin mixture between four coupe or martini glasses.
