Ree Drummond's New Recipe Cards Are So Genius
Let's take a minute to discuss recipe cards. They get wet. They get splattered with oil or tomato sauce. They tear. Sometimes, they fall into that slit between the counter and the wall. Wonderful in concept; bad on — well — paper.
There has to be a better way, right? Ree Drummond knows there is. That's why she's now selling wooden recipe cards at her Pioneer Woman Mercantile in Pawhuska, Oklahoma and on her online store. The $10 cards come with three tantalizing recipes: The Pioneer Woman's Pot Roast; Edna Mae's Sour Cream Pancakes, and Ladd's Favorite Chocolate Pie.
As The Merc puts it on instagram, "Wooden recipe cards! These feature can't-go-wrong, everyone-loves-them, super-easy-to-make, mouthwatering recipes that everyone needs in their repertoire. Plus, the cards are totally indestructible! Not really, but they'll sure last a long time!"
