Watch as Winnie the Pooh Celebrates the Royal Baby in Touching Video
The world has united in celebration over the much-anticipated birth of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's royal bundle of joy. Well wishes for Mom, Dad, and baby Archie have come from far and wide.
But we think that the animated message Disney created for Meghan and Harry's newborn may be the sweetest—sweet as a pot full of honey.
The animation shows Winnie the Pooh headed from his home in the Hundred Acre Wood and up the Long Walk towards Windsor Castle carrying a large blue book. Upon closer inspection, the front of the book is adorned with the sketch of a crown. He is going to greet the newest member of the royal family, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. As the 25-second cartoon continues, the golden-hued bear takes a seat at the feet of Meghan as she reads the book Winnie the Pooh has gifted. Harry stands behind Meghan, a hand on her shoulder looking on, and a white baby crib with Archie's name painted on the front is just to their side.
The video clip is actually watercolor sketches created by Disney Senior Principal Artist, Kim Raymond. It was posted the same day that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex gave the world our first glimpse of their son.

Winnie the Pooh is a character beloved by many, but there are many ties to the royal family, and indeed, to Meghan. Before entering royal life, Meghan had a lifestyle blog called The Tig, and in one entry she listed The Tao of Pooh by Benjamin Hoff as one of her five "must-read" books. She wrote then, "Aspects of Taoism told through the characters of Winnie the Pooh – I mean, does it get better?"
