If you're reading this article, chances are that you're a fan of Chick-fil-A. Sometimes, you likely head to The Chick with people who have dietary restrictions. Other times, you might head there with people who have allergies. Then, of course, there are times you're waiting in line and contemplating how many calories are there in that delicious order of waffle fries and a peach milkshake. What's a gal to do?

Thankfully, the Atlanta-based eatery makes it easy to figure out the ingredients and calorie counts in your meals. As a recent article on their blog, The Chicken Wire, revealed, there are three ways you can get nutritional info for your Chick-fil-A meals.

First, when you're at an outpost of the restaurant, calorie counts are displayed on menu boards next to every menu item. "If you're concerned about food allergies, just ask a restaurant Team Member for a nutrition guide. Team Members can also print the ingredients for any menu item at the register," explains Greg Rossino in the post.

If you want to look up your meal's nutritional facts before your visit, you can read detailed nutritional profiles of every Chick-fil-A offering on the menu section of their website, chick-fil-a.com.

Lastly, the Chick-fil-A One app provides the most vivid calorie-count picture by allowing you to see the total calories for your specific order. The app also gives all the ingredient information, just like the website.

P.S. Chick-fil-A Calories don't count on Sundays. But really, though.
