But through these tough times amidst the coronavirus pandemic, it's been a valuable lesson for many of us in finding whatever good we can—and celebrities certainly aren't exempt from this learning experience. In a recent interview with his record label, Big Machine Label Group, country star Thomas Rhett shared what meaningful takeaway he's learned from this year of hardships: "You know, 2020 has definitely been hard in many ways, especially for a lot of different families who have either lost work or people that have been on the front lines working in hospitals, or teachers trying to teach three-year olds how to learn their letters and their numbers," Rhett said. "But for us, I think 2020 has had several silver linings, and for me, I think I was going at such a rapid pace that 2020 definitely forced me to slow down. And so I hope I can take that mindset back into 2021.” During this exceedingly difficult year, there's certainly been at least one major bright spot in Rhett's life: In February, Rhett and his wife Lauren Akins welcomed their third daughter Lennon Love. The family has also enjoyed plenty of special family time together that they may have otherwise missed out on with Rhett on the road for concert tours, and Rhett has been able to write plenty of new music—which we all look forward to hearing at concerts when the time is right. Akins also published her first book, Live in Love, which landed on the New York Times' best sellers list.
