Pawhuska Couple Giving Away Their Bed & Breakfast Where Ree and Ladd Drummond Once Lived
Best contest ever.
No, this is not a Hallmark movie plot, though it might as well be.
Tiffany and Steven Poe of The Grandview Inn Bed & Breakfast in Pawhuska, Oklahoma have decided its time to move on from their roles as innkeepers to focus more on their family and are giving away their sweet digs in a contest. Established in 1923, the six-bedroom inn is situated in picturesque Osage County, Oklahoma and is under a mile away from Ree Drummond's Pioneer Woman Mercantile.
After seven years at the helm, the Poe family is asking interested applicants to enter their giveaway by answering a few essay questions like "What do you love about Osage County, Oklahoma?" and "What does hospitality mean to you?" along with filling out personal information here (for FAQs, check out this page). All applications must be submitted by October 31st, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. CST and there is an $140 application fee for entering.
Take a peek inside the space and meet the Poes in the video clip below.
In recent years, Pawhuska has blossomed as a vibrant tourist destination, in large part thanks to "The Merc" and tours of The Lodge on the Drummond Ranch. We bet the new innkeepers will only further contribute to the community's exciting evolution.
