An adaptation of Mary Alice Monroe's popular book, if you caught The Beach House on Hallmark last weekend, chances are you loved the engaging film starring Andie MacDowell, Minka Kelly, and Chad Michael Murray. (In case you missed its premiere or want to tune in again, The Beach House will air again on the Hallmark channel this Saturday afternoon.)

But in addition to the captivating story line and outstanding cast, another thing stood out about the Hallmark movie: The gorgeous setting. But where was the movie filmed? Even though it's set primarily in Charleston, the bulk of the movie was filmed on Tybee Island. Ready to book your trip yet? Us too. 30 minutes outside of Savannah, spend your day biking the island, hanging by the beach, and eating plenty of tasty eats before retreating to your hotel or a charming bed and breakfast.
