Ricky Derouen was so struck by a stranger's recent act of kindness in a Mississippi gym that he took to Facebook to track him down.

In a post that has since gone viral, Derouen asked for help identifying the "man in the orange shirt" who showed a man with special needs an incredible amount of "patience, compassion, and friendliness" while he worked out at a Planet Fitness in Pascagoula.

Derouen recounted how Derek Medjesk approached the man in orange (who was later identified as David Samuel) about "10 different times in a 45 minute time span with handshakes, hugs, questions, and interactions."

"Not only did this man smile, laugh, give him workout advice multiple times, and joke back with him while getting in his own workout but he didn't care who was watching while doing it.....his patience, compassion, and friendliness was next level admirable," he continued in the message written alongside two photos of Samuel and Medjesk interacting at the gym.

"The world needs more people like this man in the orange shirt, well done sir."

We couldn't agree more!
