After what felt like a very, very long time— or, okay, perhaps only five days — we finally have a name for Kate Middleton and Prince William's newborn: Louis Arthur Charles (you can read the name's backstory here). Welcome to the world, little Louis!

But is the newborn's name pronounced like Louis as in "Lewis and Clark" or like Richard Berry's hit single from the 1950s, "Louie Louie?" Unfortunately, the Kensington Palace tweet didn't also offer a pronunciation guide for curious royal family fans. Drumroll, please: Say it like the song, y'all.

As Town & Country pointed out in a recent article on the topic, you can hear the proper pronunciation during Kate and William's wedding vows, since Prince William's full name is "William Arthur Philip Louis." Watch below.

Done brushing up on your pronunciation skills? Well, we guess it's now time to switch gears and resume programming to royal wedding obsessing, ladies and Louies.
