Fancy some ice cream? You best book it to Charlie's Sweet Shop in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, brought to you by the one and only Ree Drummond.

Yes, the Pioneer Woman has finally opened up a sweets and ice cream shop to add to her Pawhuska empire — which currently includes a bakery, deli, pizza shop, hotel, and The Pioneer Woman Mercantile —  and she's named it in memory of her beloved pup Charlie.

"It was the only name that seemed fitting," Drummond captions a series of pictures starting with the "Charlie's Sweet Shop" logo. "We’re opening [Friday, May 3rd] and Ladd and I are already talking about strictly limiting ourselves to two evening ice cream trips to town per week. Riiiiiight, Ree. Good luck with that."

Drummond's Pioneer Woman Mercantile also took to Instagram to celebrate the store opening: "Charlie’s Sweet Shop opens [Friday, May 3rd], and aside from amazing sundaes and homemade cones, it has a zany and FUN array of candy that was hand-picked by Ree herself. There are retro faves from Ree’s childhood, as well as new favorites. Stop by Charlie’s next time you’re in Pawhuska!"
