You're on the dance floor at a wedding. Music is blaring, heels are a'clackin', and all-around good times are flowing. Then...the Macarena starts playing. We know, we know, it was a hit single for a reason, but haven't we already given the tune its deserved airtime? Plus an additional 952 minutes...

Fittingly, many couples have come to "ban" songs from their wedding playlists when working with their DJs to craft the best wedding ever. Though the list initially came out last year, Five Thirty Eight's "The Ultimate Playlist of Banned Wedding Songs" has resurfaced in full-throttle force this July, and reminded many engaged couples of a few songs they may need to hit "pause" on come party-time. To create their list, the company "... collected the testimonies of more than two dozen professional DJs on nearly 200 weddings to find out what the most commonly prohibited songs and artists are." See below for the top offenders.
