New York City's Plaza hotel has a gentle magic. When you walk up the grand steps into the Fifth Avenue entrance, you feel simultaneously at home (well, a really elegant home) and teleported to a far-flung retreat. Like Tennessee's Blackberry Farm, stellar service is paramount from the moment you walk into the building's storied grounds.

And as any Southerner knows, at the heart of outstanding service lies a cherished Southern pillar: Outstanding etiquette. To spread their deep knowledge on the topic, accompanied by partner Beaumont Etiquette, The Plaza has hosted an exceedingly popular etiquette course, called The Plaza Hotel Finishing Program.

On the heels of its runaway success, Beaumont Etiquette has announced that they will link up with more Fairmont Hotels & Resorts (of which the Plaza is a flagship property) to take "The Finishing Program" to new cities. One stop on the tour will be in our neck of the woods: Dallas, Texas, where the Fairmont Dallas will offer three classes on etiquette from September 21st to September 22nd. Other locations on the tour will be Fairmont Copley Plaza, Boston, Fairmont Grand Del Mar, San Diego, and Fairmont San Francisco.
