NFL legend Peyton Manning and his wife Ashley are providing dinner for healthcare workers as a thank you for their tireless work amid the coronavirus pandemic.

On Monday, the former Tennessee Vol treated the staff at TriStar Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, Tennessee, to 600 meals from the famous Loveless Cafe in nearby Nashville.

"I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to all the team at TriStar Summit," Manning said in a video message addressed to the staff.  "As healthcare workers on the front lines, you are all demonstrating great courage and commitment and making great personal sacrifices to care for the sick during this national crisis."

The TriStar Summit hospital staff thanked the Mannings for their gesture on Facebook.

“Thank you Peyton and Ashley Manning for providing a delicious dinner to our staff this evening catered by The Loveless Café,” the post reads.

Last week, the Manning family donated 140 meals from Drago's Seafood Restaurant to feed health care workers caring for coronavirus patients at the Tulane Health System in New Orleans.

"I know I speak for Louisiana and the entire nation when I say how grateful I am to each and every one of you,” the Super Bowl-winning quarterback said in a video message. “Thank you. Be well. Stay strong and keep up the great work.”

Manning isn’t the only Southern sports figure to help out during this unprecedented time of need. Last month, Saints quarterback Drew Brees donated $5 million to various causes in Louisiana.

Thank you to all our nation’s health care workers and those who have donated. Our hearts are with you all.
