When it comes to saying "I do," this city is tops. According to a new analysis of 180+ American cities "to find the cheapest and most convenient wedding destinations that also promise a memorable day," by WalletHub, Orlando is numero uno.

To round out the top five, the personal finance site ranked Las Vegas in second place, Atlanta in third, Los Angeles in fourth, and Miami in fifth. To crunch the numbers, analysts considered 23 key indicators of so-called "wedding-friendliness," including average wedding cost, flower shops per capita, popularity as a travel destination, weather, photo booth rentals per capita, and more.

Beyond Orlando securing the coveted number one slot, some other interesting intel about Southern cities emerged from the company's findings. For the cities with the lowest average wedding cost, four out of the top five were in the South: El Paso, Texas (first); Brownsville, Texas (second); Huntington, West Virginia (third); Knoxville, Tennessee (fifth).

Additionally, Birmingham tied with Detroit for the most wedding chapels and churches per capita. And what city has the most event planners per person? Washington D.C., of course. Now, if you'll excuse us, we've got a fairy tale to plan in Orlando and—surprise!—it doesn't even involve the Most Magical Place on Earth.
