We are completely onboard with this one-of-a-kind listing in New Braunfels, Texas.
The Missouri Pacific Depot began its unique life as a working train depot in Buda, before it was relocated to a 30-acre lot in nearby New Braunfels and converted into a private home. It was a relatively ordinary residence—for a train station, at least—until Pam and Robert Bryant purchased it in 1993.
According to Today, at the time the Bryants bought it, the 2,000-square-foot depot only had two bedrooms. They got the idea to create three additional bedrooms for their adult children by converting vintage cabooses into the cutest little guesthouses. They also had 40 feet of track laid for each caboose for an extra touch of authenticity.
The sprawling property now boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a four-car garage, a tree house, swimming pool, zip line and more. Even better: it can be yours for a cool $2,985,001.
